Yaaaah, read the statement, read the RT article...


No where could I glean what the real problem is other than the generalities of "low morale" which will be solved by more communication.

But of course, that sounds like the result of every employee survey ever. I'm guessing - guessing - that Rikakis was trying to measure value of teaching in some way - incentive based budgeting - and the professors were having non of it. But again, how would I know from reading this?
